Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Knowledge of a wide variety of drinks and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with bar equipment operation
- Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License
- State Mixologist Permit
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages to guests
- Maintain an expertly operated and clean bar environment
- Demonstrate beverage expertise and mixology techniques
- Utilize computerized Point of Sale system for transactions
- Adhere to liquor laws, regulations, and standard cash handling procedures
- Create engaging guest connections and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
