Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
  • Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding of state and local serving guidelines

  • Ability to maintain an attractive and hygienic bar
  • Effective communication and guest interaction skills
  • Understanding of state and local alcohol serving guidelines

Job Duties

  • Prepare, mix and serve beverages for guests
  • Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Assist EPC servers, server assistants, and greeters as needed to provide guests with exceptional customer service
