Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix and serve beverages for guests
- Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Assist EPC servers, server assistants, and greeters as needed to provide guests with exceptional customer service
