Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly disposition within established time specifications
- Attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Memorize and communicate food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Write food and drink orders accurately using established abbreviations and procedures
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following company policies
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality and timing standards
- Comply with state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with correct table and bar seat placements
- Cut fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Transport plates, bowls, and glasses from dish station to cooks line or main bar
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep and mop floor as needed
- Replace beer kegs and CO2 tanks
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
- Assemble and dismantle work station
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper temperatures and restock the bar as necessary
