Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- six months bartending experience required
- bartending training and certification required
- TIPS certification mandatory
- ability to lift 20-40 lbs and push up to 100 lbs
- must be able to stand continuously during shifts
- good physical mobility to maneuver in tight spaces
- ability to handle cash accurately
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- minimum six months bartending experience
- must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Set up the bar area before shifts
- mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines
- perform all guest contact activities professionally and efficiently
- ring guest checks, collect cash, and process payments accurately
- complete liquor requisitions and maintain supply lists
- comply with state liquor laws and company policies
- perform all sidework duties according to schedule
