Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in food and beverage
  • Passion for mixology and crafting cocktails
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical stamina and ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Good sense of humor and positive attitude
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage service
  • Experience in beverage operations
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and innovate cocktail recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
