Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in food and beverage
- Passion for mixology and crafting cocktails
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical stamina and ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Good sense of humor and positive attitude
- Willingness to collaborate with team members
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage service
- Experience in beverage operations
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail oriented with a commitment to quality
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Create and innovate cocktail recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
