Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Maintain adherence to all restaurant policies and guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
Bartending, serving, or related experience preferred
Strong understanding of hospitality principles
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Possession of a current Responsible Vendor Card

Job Duties

Create drinks consistently adhering to company recipes and processes
Demonstrate knowledge of craft beers, wines, and classic cocktails
Deliver excellent customer service and build emotional connections with guests
Communicate effectively with team members and patrons
Handle tense situations and resolve conflicts professionally
Work during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
