- proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- knowledge of food and beverage and passion to cultivate these skills
- display a confident and professional appearance
- attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6 to 8 hours per shift while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties
- exceed guests expectations by providing highest level of professional and courteous service
- promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
- properly execute all necessary steps of service
- ensure highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
- provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- report on time and in proper uniform and clock in and out as required
- respond positively to guest requests
- prepare and serve drinks including crafting cocktails and pouring beers and wines according to recipes and preferences
- manage transactions, process payments and balance cash register
- maintain the bar area by keeping it clean, organized and well-stocked
