Job Requirements

  • proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
  • proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
  • knowledge of food and beverage and passion to cultivate these skills
  • display a confident and professional appearance
  • attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6 to 8 hours per shift while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
  • must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties

  • exceed guests expectations by providing highest level of professional and courteous service
  • promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
  • properly execute all necessary steps of service
  • ensure highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
  • provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • report on time and in proper uniform and clock in and out as required
  • respond positively to guest requests
  • prepare and serve drinks including crafting cocktails and pouring beers and wines according to recipes and preferences
  • manage transactions, process payments and balance cash register
  • maintain the bar area by keeping it clean, organized and well-stocked
