Job Requirements

  • proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
  • proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
  • knowledge of food and beverage as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
  • display a confident and professional appearance
  • attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
  • must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties

  • exceed guest expectations by providing high-level professional and courteous service
  • promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
  • properly execute all necessary steps of service
  • ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
  • provide exemplary customer service applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • prepare and serve drinks including crafting cocktails and pouring beers and wines according to recipes and customer preferences
  • manage cash transactions and balance the cash register
  • maintain the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
