- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- knowledge of food and beverage with a passion to cultivate these skills
- display a confident and professional appearance
- attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks including crafting cocktails and pouring beers and wines
- manage cash transactions and balance the cash register
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
- provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- respond positively and promptly to guest requests
- arrive on time and in proper uniform, clocking in and out as required
- promote teamwork within the restaurant to create a positive work environment
