Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a mixologist or bartender
- Current TABC certification
- Current Food Handlers certificate
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure

- Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of customers is a crucial factor for improving the guest drinking experience
- Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience
- A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails
- Experience as a mixologist, the knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The strength of our team is each individual member, but the strength of each member is the team
- Willingness to adapt and grow
- Current TABC and Food Handlers Certificates -To adhere with state and local guidelines, and to ensure that the highest of standards are being met
Job Duties
- The Mixologist must be able to meet all the needs of our guests while building true connections and relationships, compelling them to come back again
- They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked
