Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
- Must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Must lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lb
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- Ability to obtain all required alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Shows organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lb
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun work environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes orders
- Processes cash and credit card transactions
- Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides servers drinks from the service well
- Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks patrons' identification
- Follows cash handling policies
- Sets up and breaks down workstations including cleaning and sanitizing
- Takes inventory counts and stocks products
- Provides excellent guest service anticipating guests' needs
- Maintains positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers
- Ensures security of company assets
