Job Requirements
- must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- must have all required certifications and licenses as mandated by local health department and alcoholic beverage commission statutes
- must be physically able to carry out job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
- must be able to handle cash responsibly
- must be able to coordinate and consolidate guest needs at the bar
- must be physically able to dance
- must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and organized bar at all times
- acknowledge guests immediately
- provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- ensure hot and cold food are served at proper temperatures
- be visible behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
- adhere to timing standards for products and service
- consolidate service and increase table turns
- apply positive suggestive sales techniques
- provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- educate team members on drink recipes
- document and minimize waste
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- follow all recipes and specifications for perfect food and beverages
- complete daily cleaning calendar tasks
