Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must possess all required certifications and licenses as mandated by local health department and alcoholic beverage commission
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to responsibly handle cash transactions
- Capable of coordinating and consolidating service for all guests at the bar
- Must be physically able to carry food and beverages
- Must be physically able to dance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Required certifications and licenses according to local health and alcohol commission regulations
- Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products
- Physical capability to meet job demands such as standing, lifting, and carrying
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning bar area
- Acknowledge and assist guests promptly
- Provide an enjoyable and engaging bar experience
- Ensure food and beverages are served at appropriate temperatures
- Maintain visibility behind the bar to assist guests and staff
- Adhere to timing standards for service and product delivery
- Utilize positive suggestive selling techniques
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Educate team members on drink recipes
- Document and minimize waste
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Follow all recipes and specifications accurately
- Complete daily cleaning tasks as scheduled
