Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
Must have physical abilities to carry out the job functions
Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
Must be able to coordinate and consolidate guest needs at the bar
Must be able to carry food and beverages
Must be physically able to dance
Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must have all required certifications and licenses as per local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service
Ability to provide excellent guest service
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

Job Duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
Acknowledge guests immediately upon approach
Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
Ensure hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold
Be visible behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
Adhere to timing standards for products and service
Consolidate service to increase table turns
Perform with speed and accuracy
Know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products
Apply positive suggestive sales techniques
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
Educate team members on drink recipes
Document and minimize waste
Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
Follow all recipes and specifications
Complete daily cleaning calendar tasks
