Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to use point of sale systems such as MICROS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Must be able to work varied schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware and garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Handle cash accurately including discounting use of MICROS system bank procedures and tip policies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and maintain positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Complete formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
