- Minimum of two years bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of basic bar operations and cocktail recipes
- Must be able to handle busy and fast-paced environments
