Job Requirements

Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual
must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English
must have strong communication skills
ability to implement and uphold service standards
ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort
ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
must have knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits and beers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
some college experience or degree preferred
TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire
current Food Handlers card
previous bartending experience in a professional setting preferred

Job Duties

Prepare all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests
assess bar customer needs and preferences and make personalized recommendations
stock and maintain bar area to resort and health department standards
provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience
participate in ongoing training for professional development
serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests sitting at the bar
set up bar and bar area according to resort standards
