Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve or sell alcohol according to all state and local laws
- completion of all applicable training, obtains all required permits and licenses
- regular and consistent attendance
- ability to stand, walk, sit, handle or feel with hands and arms, talk or hear frequently
- occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- good public speaking skills
- effective listening and clear, direct response abilities
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- problem identification and resolution skills
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize tasks
- knowledge of food safety laws and compliance
- knowledge of emergency and robbery procedures
Job Duties
- Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
- knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
- regular and consistent attendance
- knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
- knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
- exceptional guest service skills
