Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve or sell alcohol according to all state and local laws
  • completion of all applicable training, obtains all required permits and licenses
  • regular and consistent attendance
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, handle or feel with hands and arms, talk or hear frequently
  • occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist
  • completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
  • good public speaking skills
  • effective listening and clear, direct response abilities
  • ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • problem identification and resolution skills
  • excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
  • ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize tasks
  • knowledge of food safety laws and compliance
  • knowledge of emergency and robbery procedures

Job Duties

  • Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
  • knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
  • ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
  • regular and consistent attendance
  • knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
  • knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
  • exceptional guest service skills
