Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or above
  • able to obtain and maintain registration or license from Massachusetts Gaming Commission
  • able to obtain and maintain required licensing or work cards including alcohol awareness card
  • able to perform physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting at least 50 pounds
  • able to work varying schedules
  • able to interact professionally with guests
  • ability to meet vision requirements including close, distance, color and peripheral vision
  • able to work in moderate to loud noise environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 3 years bartending experience preferred
  • outstanding organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
  • conversational English required
  • ability to write instructions and present information
  • basic mathematical skills

  • advises guests on alcoholic beverages
  • complies with liquor laws
  • assesses guest intoxication and takes action
