Job Requirements

At least one year of bartending experience in a full-service, elevated restaurant
TIPS certification required before starting work
Ability to provide knowledgeable and prompt service
Must be available for part-time hours
Passion for customer service
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Provide knowledgeable and courteous bar service
Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Engage with guests to provide detailed beverage descriptions
Assist in inventory control and restocking
