Job Requirements

TIPS certification before starting
Minimum one year bartending experience in full-service, elevated restaurant
Flexibility to work part-time hours based on availability
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team
Commitment to maintaining service standards
Prior food and beverage experience
Must be legally eligible to work

Job Qualifications

Previous food and beverage experience
TIPS certification required before starting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for bartending and guest service

Job Duties

Provide knowledgeable and courteous bar service
Prepare and serve beverages including wine, beer, and cocktails
Engage with guests to describe drink selections and recommend options
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Comply with all safety and alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
