Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in beverage field
- Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in beverage field
- Knowledge of all bar equipment
- Knowledge of Easy Bar System
- Knowledge of ABC laws and regulations
- Knowledge of gaming laws
- Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions
- Ability to communicate with all departments and other team members
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures
- Knowledge of bar operation
Job Duties
- Responsible for setting up bars
- Responsible for handling all cash transactions
- Responsible for all opening and closing inventories of all stock
- Responsible to take orders from guests and return these orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner
- Responsible to have knowledge of guests limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
- Other duties as assigned
