Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- Follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
- Be able to lift 15-20 lbs
- Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours
- Availability for full-time or part-time work based on shift schedules
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Sales savvy and ability to upsell
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Make on-point recommendations to customers based on their tastes
- Maintain the rhythm and flow of the bar during shifts
- Ensure compliance with laws related to responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting environment
