Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to lift 15-20 pounds
- ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours per shift
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- adherence to laws and policies regarding alcohol service
- good physical stamina
- previous experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in customer service or bartending

Job Duties
- mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- recommend beverages to customers based on their tastes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- manage cash and card transactions accurately
- restock bar supplies and inventory
- provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
