Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
- Capability to lift 15-20 pounds
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts based on scheduling needs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Willingness to maintain a professional and timely approach to work
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales savvy with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Serve drinks quickly and accurately
- Make drink recommendations based on customer preferences
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Lift and carry items weighing 15-20 pounds
- Work efficiently during up to 8-hour shifts
