Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must comply with all laws related to responsible alcohol service
- Ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours per shift
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts based on management discretion
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or drink service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales-savvy with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to follow laws and regulations regarding alcohol service
Job Duties
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Make drink recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain the rhythm and energy of the bar throughout shifts
- Follow all laws and regulations for responsible alcohol service
- Lift and carry items weighing 15 to 20 pounds
- Engage with customers to turn first-time guests into regulars
- Work shifts up to 8 hours long
