Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- able to lift 15-20 pounds
- must follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
- available for various shifts as scheduled
- capable of working up to 8 hours continuously
- medical insurance eligibility after one year for those averaging 30 hours per week
- dental insurance eligibility after one year for those averaging 30 hours per week
- vision insurance eligibility after one year for those averaging 30 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- sales savvy and customer service oriented
- ability to lift 15-20 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer requests
- provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- comply with all laws and regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- manage cash and process payments accurately
- recommend drinks and specials to customers to boost sales
- maintain energy and pace for up to 8-hour shifts
