Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- able to lift 15-20 lbs
- ability to stand and work behind the bar for up to 8 hours
- availability to work full-time or part-time based on scheduling
- comply with responsible alcohol service laws
- willingness to bring enthusiasm and hustle to every shift
Job Qualifications
- Preferably 21 years or older
- experience in bartending or drink service preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain energetic and attentive during shifts
- basic knowledge of drink recipes and mixers
- ability to follow all alcohol service laws and policies
- physically capable of performing job duties
Job Duties
- Serve amazing drinks
- make on-point drink recommendations
- engage with customers to build regular clientele
- maintain the rhythm and energy of the bar
- follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
- lift items weighing 15-20 lbs
- work efficiently during shifts of up to 8 hours
