Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
ability to follow laws for responsible service of alcohol
physical ability to lift 15-20 lbs
available to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
ability to stand and work behind the bar for up to 8 hours per shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or serving experience preferred
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash transactions

Job Duties

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately
make recommendations based on customer preferences
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
follow all laws and regulations related to responsible alcohol service
engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience
lift and move items weighing 15-20 lbs
manage bar rhythm and pace during busy shifts
