Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- ability to lift 15-20 pounds
- capacity to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts
- availability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- adherence to alcohol service laws
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- ability to work full-time or part-time based on shift availability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- sales-oriented with an outgoing personality
- ability to follow responsible alcohol service laws
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes
- provide excellent customer service and make drink recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- follow laws and regulations related to responsible alcohol service
- engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- restock supplies and inventory as needed
