Job Requirements

must be 21 years or older
ability to lift 15-20 pounds
ability to stand and work behind the bar for up to 8 hours
availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
adherence to laws for responsible service of alcohol
team player with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

prior bartending experience preferred
strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
sales savvy and ability to promote menu items effectively
outgoing personality with a positive attitude
familiarity with local alcohol laws and responsible service guidelines

Job Duties

prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
make personalized drink recommendations and upsell menu items
maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
follow all laws and regulations for responsible alcohol service
engage with customers in a friendly, outgoing manner to enhance their experience
handle cash and process transactions accurately
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
