Job Requirements
- preferably 21 years or older
- ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds
- capable of standing and working behind the bar for up to 8 hours
- adherence to laws for responsible service of alcohol
- availability to work various shifts based on management discretion
- work full-time or part-time depending on shift availability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior bartending experience is an asset
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare and serve drinks according to recipes
- make drink recommendations to customers
- maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- manage cash and process payments accurately
- check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
- restock bar inventory and supplies
