Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with MICROS or similar POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks including proper glassware and garnishes used
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Follow accurate cash handling procedures including discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and handle all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
