Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Weekend availability required
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related education, training, or experience in bartending or hospitality
- Current State Food Handler's License
- State Mixologist Permit
- Working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
- Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
- Provide exceptional guest service creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
- Utilize computerized Point of Sale systems accurately
- Maintain knowledge of applicable liquor laws and ensure compliance
- Handle cash and process transactions according to standard procedures
- Operate and maintain bar equipment in a clean and safe manner
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience
