Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Weekend availability required
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related education, training, or experience in bartending or hospitality
  • Current State Food Handler's License
  • State Mixologist Permit
  • Working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
  • Provide exceptional guest service creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
  • Utilize computerized Point of Sale systems accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable liquor laws and ensure compliance
  • Handle cash and process transactions according to standard procedures
  • Operate and maintain bar equipment in a clean and safe manner
  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience
