- minimum of two years of bartending experience, preferred
- in-depth knowledge of wine
- at least one year of experience working in a restaurant
- friendly and approachable personality
- strong communication skills
- TABC and Food Handler certifications required

Job Duties
- Prepare drinks for servers based on standard recipes
- have a solid knowledge of the wine list, as well as the correct stemware and garnishes for each drink
- adhere to the procedures outlined in the employee and bartender manuals
- use a jigger pour and only prepare drinks for servers when orders are entered into the Micros system
- keep the bar well-stocked and organized, following the sidework sheet
- track and monitor bar inventory levels
- ensure consistency in cocktail presentation and recipe execution
- stay knowledgeable about and enforce all liquor liability laws and policies
- be familiar with the property’s amenities and the offerings at other restaurants
