Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local state laws
- Must possess valid TABC certification
- Previous bartending experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Must adhere to Hilton Garden Inn dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

- Experience working in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state laws
- TABC certification required
- Prior bartending experience

Job Duties
- Set up the bar area and ensure it is clean and orderly
- Mix and prepare beverages and cocktails according to established standards
- Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate liquor inventory and assist in controlling beverage costs
- Process guest payments including cash, credit cards, and room charges
- Follow all state liquor laws and responsible serving practices
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the lounge area and bar equipment
