Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash register
- Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift
- Must be able to carry and lift at least 40 lbs
- Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work
- Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and inform barbacks when supplies need to be replenished
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Provide recommendations on drink choices, engage in light conversation, and handle any customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally
- Set up bar before opening hours, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready for service
- Clean and organize the bar after closing
