Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to comply with club policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Solid knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Prior high-end club or resort experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members and guests
- Learn and remember regulars by name, preference and needs
- Create, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we're a family serving family
- Utilize name recognition and personalized service in order to maintain raving fans
- Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
