Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with club policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Solid knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Prior high-end club or resort experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet members and guests
  • Learn and remember regulars by name, preference and needs
  • Create, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests at the bar and in the restaurant
  • Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we're a family serving family
  • Utilize name recognition and personalized service in order to maintain raving fans
  • Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
