- State Alcohol Certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff when needed
- Maintain existing business relationships and represent the restaurant and hotel
- Coordinate with all hotel departments on groups, events, and food and beverage services
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
