Job Duties

Ensures bar is setup with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, syrups, soda, etc
Prep any syrups or items needed for shift
Ensures that the bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized
Be able to make all espresso based drinks
Ensures guests are of legal age to consume alcohol and follow our Alcohol Policy at all times
Prepares drink orders according to bar standards and customers' preferences
Presents bar bill and takes payment
Ensures guests are engaged and satisfied
Monitors customers for overconsumption of alcohol and takes steps as necessary
Be able to prep, plate, and serve simple food items
Maintains public spaces, including pool, lobby, and F&B spaces
Locks up and stores all beverage, food, and other equipment items, deposits cash drops, and secures bank
Other duties as assigned
