- 6 plus months bartending experience
- 21 plus years old
- food handler's card within 30 days
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work afternoons and evenings on assigned days
- must pass background check
- must be physically able to stand for extended periods

- ability to engage and build rapport with residents
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food and beverage safety practices
- capability to work scheduled shifts including holidays
Job Duties
- Serve up drinks and great vibes
- deliver top-notch service and build relationships with residents
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and fun
- adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations
- assist in maintaining inventory and stocking bar supplies
- engage positively with residents to foster a warm community atmosphere
- comply with all community policies and standards
