Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in jurisdiction of employment
- Valid responsible beverage service certification where required
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Capacity to perform physically active tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or a similar fast-paced hospitality role
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service and relevant certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality
- Create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with Players and recommending drinks
- Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for smooth operations
- Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver exceptional service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Embody Topgolf's core values in daily interactions
