Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related education, training or experience in bartending or hospitality
- Working knowledge of drink mixing and serving techniques
- Ability to operate bar equipment properly and safely
- Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve inspired cocktails and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain an expertly organized and clean bar environment
- Operate the computerized Point of Sale system efficiently
- Adhere to all liquor laws, regulations, and cash handling procedures
- Engage with guests to create memorable, friendly interactions
- Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and a positive work culture
