- Ability to follow state liquor laws
- Ability to maintain bar cleanliness
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work part-time
- Ability to report to outlet supervisor or manager

Job Duties
- Follow all state liquor laws
- Assist in maintaining beverage costs
- Follow prescribed procedures in servicing liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests and report to management when necessary
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels as needed using bottle for bottle method
- Stock and clean glassware
- Check soda tanks to ensure they are full and properly secured to the bar
- Prepare all garnishes
