Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have bartending experience at a high-end private club, hotel/resort or restaurant preferred but not required
- Must demonstrate strong knowledge of craft and classic cocktails, beer, and wine
- Must have a genuine desire to provide the utmost in service excellence
- Must exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance
- Must be a natural team player with a friendly, optimistic, can-do attitude
- Must be self-motivated and understand the importance of being efficient and keeping busy
- Must be able to multi-task and problem solve while working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be capable of being discreet while handling conversations and issues with confidentiality
- Must have strong verbal communication skills while always striving for accuracy
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be punctual, have reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation
- Must be able to abide by the OCC Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Policy

Job Duties
- Go above and beyond working collaboratively with the culinary and dining service teams to ensure all members and guests enjoy an impeccable bar and dining experience
- Serve all members of Omaha Country Club with a warm, approachable, respectful, professional demeanor with the intent of developing and nurturing relationships over time
- Maintain an efficiently run bar area that is clean, neat and appropriately stocked
- Prepare and serve craft and classic cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine
- Greet members and guests promptly, take food and beverage orders, and ensure all orders are served promptly and to member specifications
- Develop knowledge of menu items to accurately answer questions about ingredients, cooking techniques, and wine pairings
- Clear dishes to ensure proper cleanliness during and after meal service
- Accurately enter transaction information into the computerized POS system
- Abide by all state and federal regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages
