Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ATC Responsible Vendor's License
- basic math and computer/tablet skills
- ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests within one minute of arrival
- prepare all cocktails to spec of the restaurant, efficiently and consistently
- give the same standard of service to guests as they would receive in the dining room
- remember several drink recipes at a time to ensure the quickest service possible
- have in-depth knowledge of standard cocktail recipes
- set up and break down the bar including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, wiping chairs, washing bar mats, and cleaning liquor bottles
- keep up-to-date with food and beverage menus and changes
- enter orders via POS system accurately
- follow company cash handling procedures
- keep track of all open tickets and closed credit card receipts
- prioritize ticket orders to complete tasks timely
- alert managers and servers of any bar items running out
- restock bar with backup supplies at beginning and end of each shift
- manage all cash transactions including counting and transferring cash
- maintain bar cooler cleanliness and organization
- maintain overall cleanliness of the bar including dusting, cleaning spills, wiping, and sanitizing glassware
- check identification to ensure age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- maintain knowledge of food pairings
- prepare garnish and set up bar before opening
- wash and sterilize glassware
- communicate effectively with team members
- maintain strong professional presence
- follow service standards
- display integrity and honesty
- perform side work and closing duties independently
- work efficiently to complete tasks within assigned time
- attend all scheduled meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
