Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid state/local Food Handler and Basset card where applicable
- Proven bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation
- Must hold a valid state/local Food Handler and Basset card where applicable
- Must be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with state law
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and small plates
- Assess customer preferences and provide drink recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency
- Maintain knowledge of the bar menu, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Restock bar inventory and supplies while keeping the bar area organized
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained bar at all times
- Deliver an engaging and guest-focused experience
- Follow all food, beverage, and alcohol service regulations
