Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- physical endurance for prolonged standing and fast-paced movement
- willingness to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude during high-volume periods
Job Duties
- greet guests courteously and promptly
- take and process beverage orders accurately
- prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner
- conduct quality check backs with guests
- handle payment transactions
- assist with transporting dishware to the kitchen
- perform assigned side work
