Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bartending and register operation experience preferred
- English language competency verbal and written required
- Professional verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy in fast-paced environment
- Ability to react professionally to high stress situations
- Ability to acquire and maintain state bartending licensure and food service certifications
- Ability to learn POS register systems
- Basic computer skills for email
- Ability to follow timeclock procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible part-time schedule with evenings, nights, weekends, holidays
- Must be able to move around facility
- Must be able to lift frequently up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work extended or irregular hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Project a positive image through professional appearance and conduct
- Arrive at assigned workstation on time
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Serve alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Assist with collecting and returning bar equipment
- Prepare garnishes and specialty drinks
- Set up and prepare event spaces
- Prepare tables with place settings as directed
- Attend pre-function meetings for event briefings
- Provide high-level customer service
- Deliver drink orders promptly to tables
- Communicate with food and beverage staff for guest satisfaction
- Report customer concerns to management
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Keep work area clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain knowledge of menus, recipes, and event details
- Ensure a positive guest experience at events
- Follow sanitation and food handling guidelines
- Prepare work area for shift changes
- Break down tables and equipment after events
- Punch timeclock in full uniform, ready to work
- Perform other duties as assigned
